Housekeeping fell short—no thorough cleaning during the stay. The AC struggled to keep the room cool, requiring adjustments to fan mode for comfort. The lighting in the room was inadequate, and the television was outdated. Notably, I found several bobbie pins under the covers each day, which was unsettling.

The beach was just a short walk away, but the AC kept turning off.

Take advantage of the grassy area for games or relaxation. The nearby beaches are perfect for evening strolls.

The hypoallergenic environment was refreshing, and the proximity to lovely beaches was a highlight. Our early check-in request was graciously accommodated, enhancing our experience as we prepared for an event.

I loved how clean and fresh my Double Room with Two Double Beds was, making it a wonderful place to unwind. The vibrant blue and white color scheme instantly uplifted my mood. Plus, having the beach just a short walk away was a huge bonus for beach lovers like myself!

My stay at Hebridean Motel was fantastic! The room was cozy, clean, and had a vibrant blue and white color scheme that really uplifted my mood. I loved being just a short walk away from the beautiful beach, which made it perfect for morning strolls. The air conditioning in the room kept everything comfortable, and I appreciated the well-equipped bathroom as well.

The colorful exterior instantly draws you in, while the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff create a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoying a grassy area for games with my kids and the nearby beaches added to the appeal. However, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating for our needs.

Just a suitable option for a temporary stay in Port Hood with real value for money. The staff quickly fixed a billing issue without hesitation. Check if you need extra kitchen supplies before you arrive.

For dads, it would be great to have more lighting in the main room.

I made an unplanned stop here during my road trip and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The owner was very kind and provided helpful dining recommendations. The location is fantastic, as it's within walking distance of the beach. I only wish the on-site restaurant had been open during my stay.

This spot made for a great unplanned stop during my road trip across Nova Scotia. My room felt fresh, tidy, and recently updated despite being unexpectedly low on the price scale at just $105 USD. I loved that the beach was only a short walk away. The manager really stood out. She gave solid dining recommendations and even extended my checkout time so I could finish a work video call. On the downside, the Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable. It crashed on me a couple of times, which was frustrating for my work needs. Also, the on-site restaurant was closed during my stay, so I missed out on that. Overall, I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the proximity to beautiful beaches.
